Kate McMahon and Hugh Boyd-Wilson of Edmonds Marshall McMahon have recently advised MP Steve Baker (Wycombe) in relation to the tragic death of Mr Edward Maitland.
Mr Maitland died from respirational pneumonia at Wycombe Hospital as a result of being fed solids when he shouldnot have been. EMM is advising in relation to a case to answer for corporate manslaughter and liability for gross negligence manslaughter.
