Katie Miller - Senior Paralegal

Katie joined Edmonds Marshall McMahon in September 2019 after working for three years prosecuting health and safety cases on behalf of the Health and Safety Executive and Local Authorities. The main sectors prosecuted include: construction, airports, NHS trusts, film production, care home providers, retailers and manufacturing.

Katie gained invaluable experience managing her own caseload of Crown Court cases ranging from low level breaches of self-employed defendants to major breaches of multinational corporations resulting in fatalities. Katie regularly attended Crown Court hearings, trials and sentences and drafted a range of legal documents. Katie’s meticulous approach when preparing cases enables her to achieve the best possible results for her clients.

Katie graduated from Swansea University with first class honours in Law and Criminology and went on to complete the LPC at the University of Law whilst working part-time.
