TM EYE v Jacqueline Hurry & Stefan Moore

Edmonds Marshall McMahon, on behalf of TM EYE Ltd, brought a successful private prosecution against the Defendants, Jacqueline Hurry & Stefan Moore, for combined total of eight offences of selling counterfeit goods contrary to s.92 of the Trade Marks Act 1994.

There was clear evidence that the Defendants, Ms Hurry and Mr Moore, sold counterfeit goods to undercover operatives which infringed trademarks owned by Mulberry.

On the 19th August 2015, the Defendants appeared at Waltham Forest Magistrates Court, where they pleaded guilty to all charges. Ms Hurry was fined £73, and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge & £180 Court charge. Mr Moore was fined £110, and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge & £180 Court Charge.
